Chef –Bar & Restaurant-Sports Driven for big game days
We’re looking for a passionate and creative Chef to lead the kitchen in our high-energy bar and restaurant. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including prep, service, and closing
- Develop and execute menu items that balance classic sports bar favorites with fresh, creative twists
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control costs and minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Train, mentor, and motivate back-of-house staff
- Collaborate with management on specials, promotions, and seasonal menus
- Maintain consistency, speed, and quality during high-volume service
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a restaurant or bar setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations, costing, and inventory management
- Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver consistently high-quality food in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality and creating a fun, engaging dining experience for guests
