Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for the cold line daily
- Bake, cook, and assemble dishes to order, ensuring proper temperature and presentation
- Operate kitchen equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain Alma’s standards for taste, presentation, and portioning
- Work quickly and calmly under pressure during busy service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, and servers to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of restaurant experience in an excellence-driven kitchen
- Pastry experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Reliable, optimistic team players
- High stamina—able to stay on your feet throughout service
- Full-time availability
- Spanish fluency
- Must currently reside in the U.S.
