Line Cook

What we are looking for:

• Prior experience as a Line Cook in a busy kitchen.

• Background in Italian cuisine is a plus, but not required.

• Ability to follow recipes, execute dishes with consistency, and maintain high standards of quality.

• Experience with salads and sandwiches.

• Experience with slicer.

• Fluent in Spanish (required).
