Dishwasher

Overview:

At The Nest, our Dishwasher plays a vital role in keeping our kitchen and dining areas running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dish area, ensuring that our team always has the tools they need to deliver great food and hospitality. By keeping dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment spotless and ready to use, you’ll help create a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for both our staff and guests.

What You’ll Do:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment using dish machines and/or by hand.

• Keep dish area clean, organized, and stocked throughout hours of operation.

• Assist with trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and general kitchen cleaning duties.

• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times.

• Support the BOH (Back of House) and FOH (Front of House) teams by ensuring clean and available supplies.

• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Assist with light prep or maintenance tasks as needed.

• Sweeping the outside entry area as needed (ensuring there is no trash and or cigarettes left

What We’re Looking For:

• No prior experience necessary—training will be provided.

• Strong work ethic and a team-player attitude.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable with standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.

• Commitment to cleanliness and food safety standards.
