Server

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare tables prior to service with the team
• Greet and seat customers upon entrance
• Present menus and assist customers with any questions to select food/beverages
• Take and serve orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate front of house, kitchen and bar staff in a positive attitude
• Ensure guest satisfaction through providing excellent customer service
• Handle cash transactions and operate register (Toast System)
• If needed due to high volume of guests, have a teamwork mentality and assist with maintaining cleanliness in dining area
• Ability to promote daily specials to guests
• Must but available to work at least  2-3 shifts per week
• Available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
