About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Cook to create exceptional desserts and baked goods that complement our elevated Japanese fusion menu. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in pastry techniques, a creative approach, and a commitment to quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.

Ensure consistency, quality, and artistic presentation for all pastry items.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station and storage areas.

Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to support menu development and seasonal specials.

Monitor inventory, assist with prep, and communicate shortages to kitchen leadership.

Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years in pastry or baking in fine dining, upscale restaurants, or high-volume kitchens.
