About the Role:
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Food Runners to help deliver dishes with precision and style in our fast-paced fine dining environment. The ideal candidate understands plating etiquette, menu items, and pacing to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver food from the kitchen to guests promptly, accurately, and with care.

Describe dishes confidently and knowledgeably when presenting to tables.

Ensure all food presentation matches kitchen standards.

Communicate with the kitchen and service team for proper course timing.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo and runner stations.

Requirements:

Experience: 1+ year in upscale or fine dining settings preferred.
