About the Role:
As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first and last impression for every guest. We’re looking for someone warm, organized, and composed under pressure to greet and seat guests efficiently while managing reservations and walk-ins with grace.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and escort them to their assigned tables.

Manage waitlists and coordinate with the Maitre'D.

Answer phone calls and assist with reservation questions.

Maintain a polished, professional presence at the front desk.

Support guest flow by communicating with the service team to ensure seamless dining experiences.

Uphold Yamashiro Miami’s elevated standards for hospitality, presentation, and guest interaction.
Requirements:

Experience: 1+ year as a host/hostess in a high-volume, fine dining, or upscale restaurant setting.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
