Floor Manager

Celtic Development Group is looking for an upbeat and well-versed Floor manager to add to our amazing team.  A timely and responsible manager who wants room to grow and to learn in a fast-paced restaurant. Willing to close a few nights a week as well as be available for the Holliday season and weekends is a must. DOH food handlers permit is great but not a deal breaker. A patient and friendly demeanor with a passion for service as well as a willingness to lead a team. CDG a privately owned group, (Lillies Victorian, Oscar Wilde, Papillon) our team is great and we're looking for one perfect fit at each of our location. An ability to read the floor and anticipate guest needs to better help the staff during peak hours as well as be able to mitigate any real time issues while keeping Company culture intact..
