Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items on the grill with precision, consistency, and attention to detail.

Cook steaks, poultry, and seafood to exact temperatures, ensuring the desired doneness requested by guests.

Ensure all dishes meet Yamashiro Miami’s high standards for quality, presentation, and flavor.

Maintain proper handling, storage, and rotation of ingredients.

Monitor grill station, manage timing, and communicate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen areas.

Assist with menu development and execution of daily specials.

Uphold Yamashiro Miami’s elevated culinary standards and commitment to excellence.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in grill or hot line positions in fine dining, upscale restaurants, or high-volume kitchens.

Knowledge: Expertise in cooking steaks, poultry, seafood, and other grill-based dishes with precision and attention to guest requests.
