Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional table service with professionalism, attention to detail, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Present menu items and cocktails knowledgeably, including daily specials and signature dishes.

Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.

Handle guest requests, concerns, and feedback with poise and a positive attitude.

Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Assist with setting up and breaking down stations, maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Uphold Yamashiro Miami’s elevated standards, including etiquette, presentation, and luxury service.
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in fine dining, upscale restaurants, or high-volume hospitality.

Knowledge: Familiarity with Japanese cuisine, sushi service, and/or elevated cocktail programs is a plus.
