Job Details
Golden Age Hospitality, the team who behind The Nines, Acme, Happiest Hour, Le Dive, and Deux Chats , is currently seeking an experienced Hospitality driven Service Manager to join their team. 


The Ideal candidate must have at least 3 years management experience in a fast-paced high volume establishment.

 Additional Requirements Include:

  • Experience with directly supervising and leading a team
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership skills; inspire and motivate others to perform well under pressure
  • Clear, strong verbal and written communication & organizational skills
  • Ability to ensure that Department of Health standards are upheld
  • Basic knowledge of wines and spirits, with a desire to learn more
  • Capability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, team members and guests in a professional manner.
  • Ability to to diffuse challenging guest situations with patience, understanding, and tact; and resolve conflicts between service team members.
  • Aptitude to apply creative solutions to practical problems and situations where limited standardization exists
  • Capable of working independently and in a team environment; balances team and individual responsibilities
  • Knowledge of 7 Rooms, 7 Shifts, Toast platforms
  • Ability to work late nights and weekends

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($90,000.00 - $110,000.00)
