We are seeking an experienced and versatile hospitality professional to join our brand new team as a Hybrid Server/Bartender. This dual role requires confidence on the dining floor and behind the bar, with a focus on providing warm, attentive service and delivering consistent, high-quality beverages.
Responsibilities:

Provide refined yet relaxed service, ensuring a welcoming guest experience.

Guide guests through food and beverage menus, making knowledgeable recommendations.

Accurately take orders and coordinate pacing with the kitchen and bar.

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency.

Maintain bar setup, including garnish prep, juicing, stocking, and cleanliness.

Support overall floor operations with bussing, resetting tables, and sidework.

Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. Experience in a new restaurant opening a plus!

Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.

Ability to multitask and balance both bar production and guest interaction.

Professional, team-oriented, and guest-focused attitude.

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
