Server/Bartender

We are seeking an experienced and versatile hospitality professional to join our brand new team as a Hybrid Server/Bartender. This dual role requires confidence on the dining floor and behind the bar, with a focus on providing warm, attentive service and delivering consistent, high-quality beverages.

Responsibilities:

• Provide refined yet relaxed service, ensuring a welcoming guest experience.

• Guide guests through food and beverage menus, making knowledgeable recommendations.

• Accurately take orders and coordinate pacing with the kitchen and bar.

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency.

• Maintain bar setup, including garnish prep, juicing, stocking, and cleanliness.

• Support overall floor operations with bussing, resetting tables, and sidework.

• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. Experience in a new restaurant opening a plus! 

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.

• Ability to multitask and balance both bar production and guest interaction.

• Professional, team-oriented, and guest-focused attitude.

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
