Who You Are:
You're not here to go through the motions. You love people, you thrive under pressure, and you're ready to bring real hospitality to every table you serve. Whether you’re recommending mezcal flights or sharing your favorite dish on the menu, you take pride in curating a next-level guest experience. You’re reliable, upbeat, team-oriented—and you do it all with style and heart.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome guests warmly and set the tone for a great experience

• Know the food and cocktail menus well enough to recommend with confidence

• Take and deliver accurate orders in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and teammates

• Maintain a clean, polished, and organized section

• Handle payments with accuracy and professionalism

• Contribute to a collaborative, respectful, and dynamic team culture

What You Bring:

• 2+ year of serving experience preferred (especially in high-volume restaurants)

• Enthusiasm for Mexican food, drinks, and culture

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Sense of pride, urgency, and ownership

• BASSET and food handler certification (or willingness to get both)

• Open availability including weekends and holidays
