Senior Line Cook

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example on the line, ensuring top-quality execution of all steakhouse menu items

• Assist in training and mentoring junior cooks, fostering a culture of teamwork and growth

• Maintain high standards of food presentation, seasoning, and consistency

• Monitor station prep levels and contribute to daily prep work

• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times

• Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant (steakhouse experience a plus)

• Strong grill and sauté skills, with a deep knowledge of proper steak preparation and doneness

• Ability to lead under pressure and maintain a calm, professional demeanor

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Commitment to quality, consistency, and hospitality
