Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Preparation and plating of cold appetizers, salads, terrines, seafood, and other items in the garde-manger section

Ensuring freshness, quality, and presentation standards in line with Michelin-level dining

Assisting with menu development and recipe execution in your section

Inventory management and cost control

Maintaining the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and organization
▼Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following:

Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience in a fine dining or high-end restaurant

Fluent English communication skills required (native-level proficiency preferred)

Culinary training degree preferred

Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization

Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong sense of reliability

Passionate and committed to the culinary profession

Ability to work under pressure with composure, respect, and attention to detail

Hourly Rate: Starting at $16.5 (based on experience, with opportunities for raises)
- Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, excluding restaurant holidays and designated closure days
