What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in a kitchen or restaurant is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right motivated candidates.
- Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining teamwork and positivity.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and willingness to learn.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Openness to constructive feedback and commitment to upholding Mikami’s standards.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30–50 lbs.
