Qualifications:

• Poise and precision, with a natural inclination toward warmth and gracious hospitality
• 1+ year of experience in a busy/well rated NYT restaurant as a host or reservationist
• Experience working in a hotel is a plus     
• Familiarity & experience operating OpenTable or Resy reservations systems
• Ability to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone, providing information and answering questions for callers, while focusing on etiquette and conveying a sense of calm
