Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival

Manage reservations and walk-ins using the reservation system

Escort guests to their tables and present menus

Maintain an organized and efficient seating chart to optimize flow of service

Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure smooth operations

Answer phone calls, provide information about the restaurant, and assist with reservation inquiries

Assist with turning tables, special requests, and guest needs as necessary
- Assist in FOH duties (Food running, bussing, etc) when necessary
Qualifications:

Previous hosting or hospitality experience preferred, but not required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Professional, polished, and positive demeanor
-
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($17.00 - $19.00) plus tips
