Jerry’s Bar is busy Northern Liberties restaurant looking to build our management team with a confident, positive, and professional person.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Cooperating with the General Manager & owner with anything from project planning to staff management.
- Creating exciting daily events to increase revenue and build business relationships.
- Organization of FOH and BOH responsibilities, staffing, side work, etc.
- Maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Knowledge of craft beer, wine, specialty cocktails, and food is a must!
- Knowledge of private event set up and service standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Adobe, OpenTable, & Toast POS system.
- Continue to nurture our social media following with eye catching pictures and posts on Instagram, facebook, twitter.
- Maintaining our website presence and outreach on several platforms.
- Ensure paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summary reports, petty cash, payroll records, and food/liquor cost.
- Demonstrates trustworthiness, dedication punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
