Job Details

Chef Bruce is seeking a Pastry Chef with an interest in bread baking to create, produce and serve an a la carte fine dining pastry menu. The Pastry Department at The Frog and The Peach is a two-person team. This is an opportunity to have full creative license and work in a professional kitchen with culinary school graduates and a Chef/Owner.
