Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of pastries

Follow recipes accurately and consistently

Assemble layer cakes with attention to detail and presentation

Work independently and manage time effectively

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Support the head pastry chef as needed
Requirements:

Some previous experience in a pastry kitchen or similar environment

Confident in following recipes and executing tasks with minimal supervision

Basic experience assembling layer cakes

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Food safety knowledge preferred
Schedule:
Mornings with flexible hours depending on production needs.
