- Ability to stand long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Host/Hostess ($19hr + tips)
- Prior work experience as a host/hostess or maitre d'
- Understanding of restaurant etiquette and flow of service
- Experience in managing reservations (emails, phone calls, guest facing)
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Experience with Resy
- Proven restaurant serving experience at volume/upscale casual restaurant
- Basic liquors, spirits and cocktail knowledge
- Basic wine knowledge
- Advanced upselling skills
- Hands-on experience in cashier duties
- Proven restaurant experience as a server support role at volume/upscale casual restaurant
- Basic food spiel knowledge
- Understanding of restaurant sequence of service
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.00) plus tips
