Position Overview:
We’re seeking experienced, energetic, and guest-focused Servers to join our team. As a Server, you’ll be the face of the restaurant, creating memorable dining experiences through attentive service, product knowledge, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly with warmth and professionalism.

Guide guests through the menu with confident knowledge of food and beverage offerings.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.

Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and organized manner.

Anticipate guest needs, respond quickly, and resolve any concerns with a service-first mindset.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service area.

Work collaboratively with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.

Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Be an ambassador of our neighborhood hospitality, ensuring every guest leaves wanting to return.
Qualifications:

Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar strongly preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and professional.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Strong knowledge of food, beer, wine, and cocktails (or willingness to learn).

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
