Bartender

Little Rascal was born in 2012 with a vision to showcase Mediterranean food in the heart of New York City in SoHo. And we are seeking new bartender candidates!
Keith Larry ( formerly Employee's Only ) from our Greenpoint, Brooklyn location guides the team. 
We are aiming to create a unique and exciting culture to offer both our local guests as well as those joining us from abroad.

For this position training is paid by the house and payment is hourly plus tips once training is completed. 

This position reports to the General Manager. Little Rascal is open during the week from 4pm-1pm and on the weekends from 12pm-1pm.

• At least 3 years of active bartender experience with a craft cocktail focus
• Classic Cocktail knowledge 
• Ability to produce creative ideas for research and development is a plus
• Demonstrates strong ability to work all FOH related positions not just limited to bartending
• Positive Attitude
• Attention to detail
• A sense of urgency and strong communication skills
• Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and calmly under pressure
• Punctuality
• Energy, organization skills
• Ability to confidently and comfortably bartend in a high volume environment
• Strong desire to work in a team oriented environment
• Knowledge of Industry Critics and awards 
• Ability to lead by example
• Open to feedback
• Strong understanding of spirit creation as well as knowledge of regions and their laws

• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs if necessary
• Comfortable with repeated physical movements such as but not limited to walking, bending down, standing ect
