General Description
We’re seeking a dedicated Night Auditor with a passion for guest service to ensure seamless overnight operations and deliver exceptional hospitality.
As a Night Auditor, you will provide top-quality hospitality services, contributing to an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out while performing accurate nightly audits. You’ll be the face of Wythe Hotel, creating memorable first impressions and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and guest accounts with precision.
- Handle check-ins/check-outs and resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Answer telephones with proper etiquette: managing transfers, holds, and messages courteously.
- Ensure accurate billing, adhering to hotel credit policies for foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash.
- Communicate relevant guest feedback to the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors.
- Assist other departments as needed, maintaining a collaborative spirit.
- Provide informative and helpful guidance about hotel facilities.
- Perform quality work within deadlines, with or without direct supervision.
Position Skills & Requirements
- 1 year previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
- Upbeat, warm, and positive attitude with a passion for impeccable guest service.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with hotel management systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, using clear and professional language.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with team members and other departments.
- Flexible, reliable, and committed, with availability for weekends and holidays.
- Desire to learn and grow professionally within a dynamic team.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and troubleshoot effectively.
