This is a highly reviewed upscale restaurant serving south Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate must be passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fine-dining environment, and is eager to provide an exceptional guest experience rooted in warmth, professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and welcoming guests.

Manage reservations and guest seating using Resy and OpenTable

Coordinate efficiently with the front-of-house and management team

Prompt responses to enquiries and reservations management.

Must comply to the training and to-do checklist of the Hostess.

Represent the restaurant's ethos and ensure a first-class dining experience.
Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in fine-dining restaurants, luxury hotels, or upscale hospitality

Proficiency in Resy and OpenTable reservation platforms

Excellent people skills, communication, and professional etiquette

Strong team player with a passion for food, service, and guest satisfaction

Multilingual skills are a plus.
