We’re back and better than ever! Our neighborhood favorite bar has officially reopened, and we’re looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor to help lead our team and ensure every guest has a great experience.

About the Role:
As Floor Supervisor, you’ll play a key part in the daily operations of the bar, supporting staff, keeping service smooth, and making sure guests feel right at home. You’ll work closely with management to uphold standards, motivate the team, and keep the good vibes flowing.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily floor operations during shifts

• Support and guide servers, bartenders, and barbacks

• Ensure top-notch guest service and satisfaction

• Assist with training and onboarding staff

• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and service standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role in hospitality

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-energy environment

• Positive, team-first attitude
