Maison Lotus, the newest restaurant from WIN Hospitality Group, is looking for dedicated bartenders to be part of our team!
We are bringing a unique fusion of French and Vietnamese cuisine to the Main Line, our restaurant offers a dining experience that seamlessly blends tradition with innovation. The ideal candidate is positive, knowledgeable, and hospitality-driven, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask gracefully in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
· Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine, following established recipes and our signature creations.
· Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and ensuring their needs are met.
· Monitor alcohol intake and prevent overindulgence, always prioritizing the safety and well-being of our patrons.
· Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware and utensils, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar.
· Handle cash transactions and maintain an accurate till.
· Provide suggestions and recommendations to guests based on their preferences and our menu offerings.
· Maintain a thorough knowledge of all our beverages, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pricing.
Requirements:
· Previous bartending experience at upscale dining environment is required.
· Knowledge of french wine, beers, drink mixing techniques, garnishes, and presentation.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
· A friendly and outgoing personality.
· Must be of legal drinking age.
· Available to work lunch and weekends.
· Current responsible alcohol service certification (or the willingness to obtain it).
