Position Overview:
We’re seeking experienced hospitality-forward Bartenders to join our team. This role is essential to both guest service and team support. The Bartender crafts unique and classic cocktails while providing a warm and welcoming experience to our guests, guiding them through their dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide genuine and professional hospitality at all times.
- Communicate between bar, kitchen, service team and leadership to ensure a consistent, timely and memorable experience for our guests.
- Anticipate guest needs and address them promptly.
- Prepare and serve beverages with precision, speed, and consistency in accordance with our standards.
- Maintain deep knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail ingredients, including rotating and seasonal offerings.
- Take guest orders and enter them accurately into the POS system.
- Follow steps of service with an eye for detail and a heart for hospitality.
- Deliver food and beverage to guests in a timely manner.
- Accurately process payments.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the bar area, adhering to Department of Health and internal standards.
- Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duties to our standards.
- Perform duties as assigned by leadership in order to drive and maintain our passion for hospitality, quality food and beverage.
- Support fellow team members during service.
- Participate in daily preshift meetings.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a bartender in a full-service restaurant or upscale dining.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktail builds, and ability to learn recipes accurately and efficiently.
- Current ServSafe and Basset certifications.
- Strong working knowledge of food, beverage, and bar service.
- Calm, clear, and professional communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
- Composed and focused under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate a physically active service environment.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation: $12.62 / hr + tips
