– Passionate about team development, leadership, and mentoring
– Demonstrate strong administrative skills (inventory management, ordering, training, and overall organization)
– Barista experience, knowledgeable about coffee
The Café Manager leads customer service and special orders, as well as the front of house team of cashiers and baristas. This position is full time and requires availability Wednesday through Sunday weekly.
Compensation includes salary, medical benefits, potential bonuses, and paid time off (PTO).
