Dēliz was born from a love of bold flavors and that dolce vita state of mind - right in the heart of Bucktown. We’re an Italian steakhouse, but not the stiff kind. Think wood-fired steaks, handmade pasta, late-night cocktails, and a vibe that lingers like good conversation and bad decisions.

 

Our kitchen runs on fire - literally. Chef, Jake Peterson, and his culinary team work a custom Argentinian-style grill, coaxing flavor out of flame. Pastas are made in-house, seasonal, and unapologetically rich. The drinks? Strong, local, and just photogenic enough to make you pause before the first sip.
