Job Details
Nancy Silverton's (1 Michelin Star) Osteria Mozza is now seeking a talented Backwaiter to join our team!

If you are a driven, polished restaurant professional, who is passionate about hospitality, send us your resume! 
 
Preferred Experience: 3+ years in the hospitality industry, preferably fine dining
Hours: We typically offer 4 shifts about 7 hours each. Weekend availability as early as 3pm required
 
Requirements:
  • Be able to interact with upscale clientele and provide above and beyond guest experience
  • Work in a team environment with other top-level restaurant professionals
  • Anticipate guests' needs and provide what is necessary before being asked
  • Learn detailed food knowledge and Italian pronunciation for specialty items
  • Strong desire to grow and learn
Estimated Tips: $500-900
 
Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($17.87) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $700
