REPUBLIQUE is located in the heart of Los Angeles, in an iconic building originally constructed in 1929 as Charlie Chaplin's office. The restaurant is run by husband-and-wife team Chef Walter Manzke and James Beard Foundation Award winner Chef Margarita Manzke who offer a vibrant and diverse dining destination rooted in wonderful French cuisine.
We are searching for a BACK SERVER to join our dinner team! Ability to cross-train as a BARISTA is a plus. Candidates must possess the following:
- Above all, a genuine love for food and hospitality
- HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY BETWEEN TUESDAY TO SATURDAY (FRIDAY AND SATURDAY ARE REQUIRED)
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication skills
- A minimum 1 year of upscale restaurant experience
