We’re hiring for all Front of House  at BRASS and The Tusk Bar.


BRASS, a modern brasserie with old New York soul, located inside the historic Evelyn Hotel, paying homage to the grand dining rooms of Gilded Age New York while channeling the improvisational energy of the Jazz Age. Sister to The Tusk Bar, recently named one of Esquire’s Best Bars in America, BRASS balances uptown elegance with downtown edge.

We’re building a team of hospitality professionals who bring passion, efficiency, grace, and style to the floor. If you care deeply about food, drink, and creating memorable guest experiences, we’d love to meet you.
