Reports to: Director of Food and Beverage/Dept Manager
Overview: The Server will take and deliver orders. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our members' experience. Restaurant server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus, and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Attend to customers upon entrance
- Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
- Take and serve orders
- Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Issue bills and accept payment
- Maintain confidentiality of all members and Club information
- Follows grooming and uniform standards established for this role
- Working as a team, effectively communicating with management and co-workers • Ensure that member and associates areas are maintained in a safe and secure environment • Performs all other duties as directed by immediate supervisors
Qualifications
- Proven restaurant serving experience
- Hands-on experience in cashier duties
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Patience and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Punctuality and regular and reliable attendance
- Must be dependable and available to work within the club on weekends, nights and/or holidays based on business demands

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
Estimated Weekly Tips: $7

The restaurant will be located in the Lincoln Financial Center at Cobbs Creek, the central hub building on campus that will house a double-decker golf practice and entertainment facility, indoor/outdoor lounge, event space, heritage center and retail shop.
