- 2+ years of fine dining server experience
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
- A polished, professional demeanor with a passion for service
- Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- The ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- A flexible schedule, with availability Tuesday through Saturday
