Position Overview:
As a Butcher, you will be responsible for break down, trimming, portioning various meats, poultry, and fish according to prep requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently prepare various meats, poultry, and fish.
- Maintain portion standards.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of all proteins.
- Uphold sanitation and food safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Butcher, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of meat cutting and portioning methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($19.00 - $26.00)
