Position Overview:

As a Butcher, you will be responsible for break down, trimming, portioning various meats, poultry, and fish according to prep requirements. 

Responsibilities:

• Consistently prepare various meats, poultry, and fish. 
• Maintain portion standards. 
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of all proteins. 
• Uphold sanitation and food safety guidelines. 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Butcher, preferably in a high-volume environment. 
• Strong knowledge of meat cutting and portioning methods. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
