With Chef Shannon Bingham at its helm, expect a compact menu of French & Creole inflected plates that'll run the gamut from savory snacks to decadent sandwiches and playful takes on old favorites - all of which will emphasize the dynamic bar program led by Sophie Burton and built around spirit-driven cocktails inspired by the classics, technique-focused and dedicated to details that make the difference. Another special feature of Junebug’s bar offerings will be a deep selection of brandies, eau de vies and fruit-based spirits, which will show up in seasonal cocktails while simultaneously providing a unique opportunity to taste a broad range of storied but hard to find offerings from around the world
