We are a popular Mediterranean restaurant in Hell's Kitchen. We’re looking for an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our leadership team and help ensure smooth daily operations, high food quality, and a positive back-of-house culture.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, from prep to service

Lead, train, and motivate BOH staff to maintain consistency and efficiency

Monitor food quality, safety, and sanitation in compliance with NYC DOH standards

Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
-
Control labor and food costs while maintaining menu standards and managing waste

Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, organized kitchen environment
Qualifications
-
2+ years of experience as a Kitchen Supervisor, or BOH leader in NYC restaurants
-
Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of NYC health and safety codes, must have a NYC Food Handlers' Certification

Ability to manage scheduling, ordering, and cost control
- Experience with catering and event fulfillment and strong attentions to detail

Hands-on, team-oriented, and calm under pressure
