Responsibilities
- Serve our guests with excellence, providing attentive and friendly service
- Prepare and serve craft cocktails with precision and creativity
- Maintain extensive knowledge of liquor and beverage menu
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and efficient work environment
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly
- Demonstrate exceptional time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a bartender in an upscale casual establishment
- Extensive knowledge of liquor and craft cocktails
- Proven ability to multitask effectively and maintain attention to detail in a high-volume environment
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends and holidays - Must work weekends.
- Food Handler & RBS Certified
- E-Verify participation. EOE, FCO compliant
