Lead Pastry Cook

Job Summary:
We are seeking a pasty cook that has experience in the bakery and is willing to learn to take your skills and practice to the next level. A growing mentality is crucial as we offer significant opportunities for advancement and development within our expanding company.
What We’re Looking For:

2–3 years of professional pastry experience, preferably in a lead prep role.

Strong sense of urgency, organization, and ownership over a station.

Ability to lead all prep for plated dinner desserts as well as brunch pastry production.

A collaborative mindset and a desire to grow into a leadership position
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective production of assigned prep responsibilities
- Be a key team player
- Open to learning and challenging your skills in the bakery
- Reports to the AKM/Executive Pastry Chef
- Maintains a clean work environment
- Ensure you are adhering to health and safety regulation

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($19.00 - $23.00)

Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings (no late nights), weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
- Culinary training in bakery and pastries or relevant experience.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- A passion for the art of bakery and pastry
