Temporary Line Cook (2-Month Assignment)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced line cook to join our team for a temporary two-month position at our a la carte, casual fine dining restaurant. We pride ourselves on offering a seasonally rotating menu to a discerning clientele, and we’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to quality and consistency.
The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Capable of executing dishes from start to finish, including prep, cooking, and plating
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-quality, fast-paced restaurant
- Culinary degree preferred
- Proficient in grill and sauté stations
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
- Good communication skills; Spanish language skills a plus
- NYC Food Handler’s License a plus
