Position Overview:
We’re seeking hospitality-forward Servers to join our team. This position is essential to both guest service and team support. Servers provide warm, welcoming experiences and guide guests through our food and beverage menus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide genuine and professional hospitality at all times.
- Communicate between bar, kitchen, service team and leadership to ensure a consistent, timely and memorable experience for our guests.
- Follow steps of service with an eye for detail and heart of hospitality.
- Anticipate guest needs and address them promptly.
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of our menu, wine, and cocktail offerings.
- Be ready to talk about our concept.
- Take guest orders and enter them accurately into the POS system.
- Deliver food and beverage to guests in a timely manner.
- Accurately process payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation at all times.
- Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duties to our standards.
- Perform duties as assigned by leadership in order to drive and maintain our passion for hospitality, quality food and beverage.
- Support fellow team members during service.
- Participate in daily preshift meetings.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience serving in full-service restaurant or upscale dining
- Current ServSafe and Basset certifications
- Strong working knowledge of food, beverage, and service pacing
- Calm, clear, and professional communication skills
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate a physically active service environment.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation: $12.62 / hr + tips
