Bartender

Wylie Dufresne's Stretch Pizza is looking for a bartender to join our team.  
We have an 18-seat bar and 60-seat restaurant located on Park Avenue South and are open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner service.

Extensive food and beverage knowledge, knowledge of classic cocktails and cocktail technique required.
The ability to navigate a full service bar and multi-task are essential.
Team players with a can-do attitude and genuine hospitality are all paramount to success. 
Room for growth and opportunity to collaborate with bar director for cocktail menu placement.

• Menu and beverage knowledge is comprehensive and kept current as menus evolve
• Have a general knowledge and understanding of Department of Health (DOH) food safety standards
• Derives pleasure from providing hospitality
• Excellent Emotional Self Awareness under pressure while maintaining a graceful, warm presence                  
• Curious Intelligence to continue learning in the position

• 2 years of upscale casual dining experience
