Facilities & Design Associate

Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, action-oriented Facilities, Design & Procurement Associate to keep our restaurants running smoothly, looking beautiful, and fully stocked. This role is not just about managing vendors and procurement—you will roll up your sleeves daily, tackling painting, repairs, landscaping, and general upkeep to ensure each space is in top shape.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Restaurant Setup
• Order, track, and manage all China, glassware, silverware (CGS) and small wares across locations.
• Source and coordinate delivery of supplies for new restaurant openings.
• Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate for cost-effective solutions.

Hands-On Maintenance & Aesthetic Care
• Perform physical maintenance: painting, light carpentry, upholstery, minor repairs, and touch-ups.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of interiors, including ceilings, vents, fixtures, and furniture.
• Keep exteriors in top condition: landscaping, gardening, seasonal décor, and curb appeal.
• Manage outdoor furniture upkeep, staining, and painting projects.
• Identify problem areas and implement practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Support design updates and renovations while maintaining brand standards.

Pest Control & Vendor Coordination
• Act as the main contact for pest control services.
• Schedule, monitor, and ensure restaurants comply with pest control protocols.
• Track issues and follow through until resolved.

Qualifications
• Strong hands-on skills: painting, light carpentry, repairs, and general maintenance.
• Creative eye for design, color, and detail.
• Experience in procurement, inventory, or vendor management (hospitality preferred).
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to pivot between projects.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
