We are assisting them in their search of a Dining Room Manager to join their exceptional team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in managing the daily restaurant service
• Lead the Front of House team to ensure the restaurant is operating smoothly
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any queries or issues complaints from customers in a polite and efficient manner
• Assist with the recruitment, training, and performance management of staff to develop a dynamic and diverse team
• Provide leadership and support to team members, establishing and maintaining a positive and motivating work culture
• Assist with administration tasks as required

Dining Room Manager Requirements:

• 2+ years’ managerial experience, preferably from a fine-dining, high volume background
• Exceptional communication, leadership and time management skills
• A confident individual that is passionate about creating incredible guest experiences
• Proven track record of dependability
