- 3 years of experience in a lead host position or as a Maître 'D is in a busy restaurant

- The ability to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone, providing information and answering questions for callers, while focusing on etiquette and conveying a sense of calm

The beloved New York City restaurant Pastis reopened its doors in 2019 in the Meatpacking District just steps away from its original location. Pastis features elements similar to the original such as the restaurant’s classic curved zinc bar outfitted with signature subway tiles, vintage mirrors with handwritten daily specials, and a mosaic-tiled floor.
