Steingold's Of Chicago in Chicago, IL is looking for Front of House Specialists to join our team.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, available on weekends, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Wrap or plate food as it comes out of the kitchen
- Accurately ring up customers with confidence and full knowledge of the menu food and beverage
- Have full understanding of priorities and surroundings during slow and busy moments
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area with consideration of your coworkers
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Interact with customers regularly and professionally
- Excellent customer service abilities.
Qualifications
- Proven working experience in fast casual environment preferred
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively

A real passion for food- how it’s made, how it’s served, and how it’s enjoyed
Clear communication to customers and staff members
Knows how to diffuse situations when mistakes are made
Multitasking while maintaining accuracy
